What is collected

Contact form. Name, email address, subject and message. Used only to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent, given by sending the form. Kept for two years after the last exchange.

Audience measurement. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to know how many visits it receives and which pages are read. This data is statistical and is not used to identify you. Legal basis: your consent, collected before anything is stored. Kept for fourteen months.

Site operation. One cookie remembers the language you chose. It is necessary for the site to work and needs no consent.

The site sells nothing and collects no payment details: purchases happen at online bookshops, under their own terms.

Who receives the data

Messages from the form are held on Hostinger International Ltd. servers (61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Chypre), within the European Union. Audience data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred outside the European Union under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

No data is sold or passed on for commercial purposes.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction, its erasure, a restriction on its processing, object to that processing, or ask for it to be transferred, by writing to contacto@carolinapurpurina.es. You will have an answer within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may complain to the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es) or to the supervisory authority where you live.

Children

The site addresses families and teachers. It does not knowingly collect data about children. Photographs showing children are published with their families’ permission.
